Artisanal Nature: Our products (Face Wash, Serum, Brightening Cream) are handcrafted. Minor variations in color or scent may occur between batches due to the use of natural ingredients; this does not affect product quality.

Skin Sensitivity: We recommend a patch test before using any new product. Aura Skincare is not liable for individual adverse reactions or allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, please ensure the provided phone number is reachable. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in your address being blacklisted from future orders.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
