Shipping policy

At Aura Skincare, we aim to get your favorite skincare essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We ship nationwide across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.

1. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: 200 FLAT shipment to all orders nationwide.

2. Delivery Timeline

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days to process and pack your order.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5–7 business days.

Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

3. Order Confirmation

For COD (Cash on Delivery): You may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, city, and active mobile number are correct to avoid delivery delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal.

It may take up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your parcel.

If the customer is unavailable after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Refused Deliveries: Customers who refuse a COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason may be restricted from using the Cash on Delivery service for future orders.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and notify us immediately. As per our Returns Policy, we require an unboxing video to claim any replacements for items damaged during transit.
